Hi, I'm Benson. I came to Chicagoland Dog Rescue from a high kill shelter in Kentucky with my sisters Bonnie and Brenda. We were lucky that CDR decided to bring us here to find us forever homes. The lady that turned us over to the shelter in Kentucky said we were beagle/lab mixes from the same litter but if you look at my picture, you will see that I don't look anything like a beagle! My foster mom says I'm just a cute puppy, but that isn't a real breed, so her best guess is that I'm a shepherd mix.
I am a very curious and busy puppy. I love to explore everything in my foster home. I also love to play with Bonnie and Brenda and with toys. I am a puppy and that means I will be a lot of work. I need to be potty trained and taught how to be a good family member. Training a puppy takes a lot of time and effort and CDR will help with that with their free training program for life!
If you are looking for a puppy, come visit me at Petco Saturday from 10:30 - 2:30. I will be happy to meet you and will probably give you some cuddles and kisses!
