Coltrane's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Coltrane's Story...
We estimate Coltrane was born in the spring of 2015. He is playful and vocal. Very clean short haired tuxedo male who is long, tall and sleek, and almost looks like a pony. He can get extra ‘frisky’ while playing and would not do well in home with small children. He is fostered with other cats and fits in well with them but can be aloof towards them. We don’t know how he is with dogs. He eats well. He is neutered, UTD with shots and is negative for FIV/Felv.
Please note: All cats and kittens require an on-line adoption application be completed and sent BEFORE consideration for adoption can take place. On-line applications at www.billericacatcarecoalition.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coltrane, a N. Billerica Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in N. Billerica, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in N. Billerica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in N. Billerica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a N. Billerica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in N. Billerica paves the way for another one to be saved.
