Daisy Mae
If you’re looking for the perfect relaxation partner, look no further! Daisy Mae loves sleeping 23.5 hours per day and being petted vigorously. She is the perfect companion for all types of pet-owners—she is content to be alone and relaxing by herself, but she also loves sitting with her human family and getting lots of love and affection.
Daisy Mae was a house cat who’s family moved and decided to leave her behind outside, unspayed and with nowhere to go. She had a couple litters of kittens, many who were killed by neighborhood dogs and ran over by cars, before a kind person in the neighborhood called me and asked if I could take her and her newest litter of kittens in. Now that all of her kittens have found their forever homes, Daisy Mae is ready for hers! Daisy Mae is estimated at 2-3 years old.
Daisy is hesitant at first with new places and animals, but she is always a sweetheart to people, new or familiar. When she first came to her foster home with five other cats and five dogs, she hid for about a week, and then decided to venture out and become comfortable with other animals. She is not playful with other animals, she prefers cuddling with the dogs and the other cats, and is not an “Alpha” personality. She is very quiet and almost never meows, and she loves being picked up and loved on. So basically, she’s the perfect cat! J
