Graham's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Graham's Story...
Graham, 7yrs young male. HW+ and in treatment. Up to date on shots. Too much of a fan of kitties, they look like tasty little morsels to Graham.
Recommended home with no kitties. Low exercise maintenance.

I was out for a country stroll, you know the kind, there was a cute little blonde that looked a lot like me, I was sure of it, she had to be near. I was on her trail to ask her out for a date when dang it I got myself into a live trap. The doggie jail guards said they were taking me in. The guards booked me and put me in the slammer. I poured on my southern gentleman charm and MI Lab Rescue sprung me. I got released into their custody. They said I'm too sweet to be in jail where I was on death row as the jail was overcrowded. I'm flying up to Michigan where I will get this darn worm out of my heart (stage 1), and something about a snip snip procedure is scheduled, not sure what that is, but I'm sure loving the warm inside home care I'm getting.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Graham, a Ypsilanti Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Ypsilanti, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Ypsilanti.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ypsilanti already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ypsilanti breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ypsilanti paves the way for another one to be saved.
