Max's Story...
Meet Max, He is a happy go lucky dog who's only goal in life is to make you happy. He loves playing with his foster brother and going on long walks. Max loves car rides and chewing on his bones. He is house and crate trained but is still working on his basic commands. He loves being around other dogs and is good with children. He is a big ole softy who just wants a good belly rub and a lap to smuggle in. Max is an awesome dog!

Max will not do well in an apartment, he needs a house with a backyard and a doggie friend to play with.

Special Medical Information:
Max is Heartworm positive. Max's adoption includes a six month supply of Heartgard and a retest in six months at CPR's expense.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Savannah Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
