Rex's Info...

Rex's Story...
Hi there! My name is Rex and I'm an 8 year old active and happy Bichon Frise mix. I am super cute and fluffy (as I'm sure you can tell by my picture) and I absolutely love car rides. I have lots of energy and love walking- but I also love a good snuggle with my person! I sometimes bark when meeting new people and I do not do so well with people leaving me, but the shelter staff would be happy to give you some guidance to work with me and help me feel more comfortable. I am looking for a home with no children and also I will need to be the only pet in the home. Come meet me today and take me for a stroll!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rex, a Lowell Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in Lowell, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Lowell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lowell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lowell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lowell paves the way for another one to be saved.
