Prepare yourselves. Breathe. Woooosaaaah. Families listen up: Bayley is a young, fun-loving girl who is being described as “perfect” by her foster parents. She adores children, other dogs and playing ball. Looks aren’t everything but she sure has those too. Bayley will be adopted quickly and will likely receive tons of applications. Be patient but do apply. Here’s more:

Age: 18 months

Weight: 18 pounds

Health: Excellent

Gender: Female

Demeanor: Affectionate, sweet, playful, social, submissive

Likes: People (including children), dogs, playing tug-o-war and ball (oh, does she love playing ball!), giving kisses and snuggling, sitting in laps, sleeping in your bed, going for car rides, belly rubs, burrowing under blankets, eating treats, chewing bones and stuffed animals

Dislikes: None found so far

Manners: Crate trained, housebroken (at times will piddle when excited or submissive), leash trained, working on verbal commands

Fenced Yard Required: Preferred

Tidbits from foster mama: “Bayley is a real gem! She plays well with other dogs but would be happier having someone play fetch with her. She’s gentle and loves everyone – young and old. She sleeps quietly in a crate at night but has also been tested sleeping in a bed (and loves it). She’s good either way. Even being as playful as she is, she’s pretty happy staying close to her owners. She would make a great companion for a family with children as she loves kids.”

Clearly Bayley needs a home where she is engaged often. Fetching balls are her great passion followed closely by fetching and giving love to her peeps. She’s no slouch and should be adopted by family who has the same motto: Live life to the fullest!

The adoption fee for this dog is $350.00 which includes altering, heartworm testing, vaccines, micro-chipping, harness, leash and identification tags. This dog is being fostered in a private home and is not available for viewing.

About Boston Terrier Rescue of North Carolina

About Our Rescue Group...

BTRNC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) all volunteer North Carolina based animal rescue organization. Since 2003, BTRNC has rescued, rehabilitated, and provided adoption for Boston Terriers in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia.

BTRNC removes Boston Terriers from abuse/neglect situations, owner surrenders, animal shelters, other animal welfare organizations, or otherwise without an owner. BTRNC then places rescued Boston Terriers in qualified foster homes and provides all necessary medical treatment, including heatworm testing and treatment and vaccinations.

BTRNC works diligently to find suitable homes for all of its dogs available for adoption.

BTRNC supports the control of pet overpopulation through the spaying/ neutering of rescued Boston Terriers prior to their placement with adoptive families.

BTRNC solicits and receives donations from the general public and its members.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our dogs are fostered in private homes and are not available for viewing. BTRNC occasionally participates in adoption and other events where some of its dogs are present.
