My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nala, nala, bo-bala. Begging for banana fana fo-fala treat treats treats! Fee-fi-always-an-extravaganza, Nala! OK, I took a few liberties with the tune…so what? That’s the kind of gal I am. I take what I got and I make the best outta it. Like this situation…being in a shelter…so what? I don’t mind! I’m awesome, so I’ll find a home quick. I’m a super-smart and super-active pup who has so much potential that it’s bursting out of every seam! I may be a mutt, but I’m a Cattle Dog through and through. So maybe a family with older children 10+ where I can get all the socialization, enrichment, and training I need will be the key to a successful relationship. Oh, and don’t let me forget to mention that I’m awesome with other dogs, love to torment cats a little too much, and am even crate trained and housebroken! Maybe we can continue my training and work out any little kinks I may have? Like I said, I have so much potential, and the sky is the limit to what I can learn. Let’s be buddies—Nala bala bo begging for a family…Nala! 2 years old-44lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes microchip & registration, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.
