Peanut's Story...
Peanut is a 5-6 week old beagle mix puppy. He is very loving and his favorite thing to do is sleep in your lap. Peanut was a stray so we don't know what his mix is but best guess is some sort of beagle mix. He enjoys hanging out with other dogs and cats. He absolutely loves squeaky toys! He is only about 4 pounds so older children would be best since he is a bit fragile at this point in his life.

Peanut is up to date on vaccines and will be adopted with a neuter contract. His adoption fee is $250 and a $100 neuter deposit will be returned to adopter when the surgery is completed within 6 months of adoption.

If you are interested in adding Peanut to your family then please submit an online adoption application at www.pacconline.org. This does NOT obligate you to adopt.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peanut, a Franklin Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Franklin, or seeking a Beagle puppy from a breeder in Franklin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Franklin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Franklin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Franklin paves the way for another one to be saved.
