Landry's Info...

I am in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Landry's Story...
Landry is a baby and he knows nothing yet. He was bought at a pet store at nine weeks old. They knew nothing about the breed or his needs or how to train a dog and now two months later they don't want him. He's a herding dog and will need a home with room to roam, or a farm. He was born to herd animals and instinctively he will herd anything he can. He needs training, socializing, and someone with the experience and time to spend with him. He'd do great with other dogs his breeds. They are pack dogs and work well together. Looking for a home with no little kids, unless they are goat kids. He needs a high energy person or family with a very scheduled routine he can count on and follow. Call or text me at 517 294 4514 or email me at marlas2468@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Landry, a Ypsilanti Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd for sale in Ypsilanti, or seeking a Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Ypsilanti.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ypsilanti already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ypsilanti breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Blue Heeler/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ypsilanti paves the way for another one to be saved.
