Hello Mr. Stubbs!

Mr. Stubbs has been wandering around Student Drive in Ogallala for several weeks. He has been posted on several social media sites with no one claiming him.

He definitely belongs to someone, how do we know? He is friendly, he is already neutered, and his tail has been amputated. The best we can figure is whoever he belongs to doesn't have social media.

Mr. Stubbs has recently spent his 5 days at the pound and is now up for adoption. He is in a foster home with other cats and dogs. He is very easy going and the picture of him sleeping was his first night in his foster home.
