Are you looking for a love bug???
We'd like to introduce our adorable Willis! Willis came to rescue from TN where he was living in a high kill shelter. Willis is a very smart and affectionate young boy who can't wait to meet you!
Willis is a homebody who loves to chill with his foster dad and watch Netflix. He loves people. Willis likes to play and enjoys fetching a ball or a frisbee and is currently in a home with a fenced yard.
Willis lives with a medium sized female dog and they get along great! He is not confident in his interactions with dogs he does not know and will need a strong leader to show him that things will be ok. We have had Willis assessed by our training partner and it is their opinion that with training he can build his confidence around other dogs. Willis would be most comfortable as the only dog in the house, soaking up all of your attention!
Willis is housebroken and crate trained. He walks well on a harness and leash and knows basic commands. Willis is very respectful of the cat in his foster home.
Willis will make a great addition to a family! Please request an application so you can meet this lovable, sweet boy today!
Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). Please consider becoming a foster home while you search for your new best friend. We need foster homes - pounds are overflowing with puppies and adult dogs that are at-risk and need help. We can only rescue as many as we have foster home commitments. Fostering is a rewarding experience for your family.
