Dillon's Story...
Dillon was rescued by Luv of Dogz along with a sibling from living under a cardboard box in Phoenix. For the first three months of their life they endured the heat and harsh environment. With our help they are ready to start their new lives. Dillon is four and half months and a little Lab mix. Dillon is happiest when he is being held. He nestles into your neck and gives kisses on your chin. This is how he charms you and steals your heart.

Dillon is a good little eater and sleeps through the night. Dillon is working on his potty training. He is almost there! Dillon likes having other doggie playmates. He can run and play chase just as fast as the big dogs. Dillon really likes to play and thinks his foster brother is his own personal battery operated toy. Dillon can walk on a leash and knows to sit on command. He is a very good puppy who is smart and even taught himself to go in and out the doggie door. Dillon is a fun, loving puppy who wants his own family to love!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dillon, a Scottsdale Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
