Ziggy's Info...

Ziggy's Story...
Ziggy is a super sweet and loving 6 year old silky terrier who weighs about 12lbs. This baby was found running around the local neighborhood. Due to neglect he has early onset cataracts but does fine just the same. He loves all dogs big and small and would cuddle all night if you let him. He does need eye drops once a day to help keep his eyes moisturized, but who doesn't!?!?! He would do great in almost any home. Do you want a new cuddle bug!?!?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ziggy, a Cranford Silky Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Silky Terrier for sale in Cranford, or seeking a Silky Terrier dog from a breeder in Cranford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Silky Terrier breeders who help with Silky Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranford paves the way for another one to be saved.
