Alastor's Story...
Alastor’s leg may be slightly different because of a birth defect but that doesn’t slow him down. This puppy is a one of a kind! He loves all people young and old and he loves all animals. He is wonderful in the crate and is doing great on potty training. Alastor listens when you tell him ‘No’ and will stop what he is doing when he hears your firm voice. He is still a puppy but is very laid back for being so young. Alastor would make a wonderful lifetime companion to anyone who will give him a home.

Alastor is a pit mix, about 4 months old. Alastor is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, treated with dewormer, and flea and heartworm preventative. He is crate trained and working on potty training. His adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alastor, a Flushing American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Flushing, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Flushing.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flushing already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flushing breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flushing paves the way for another one to be saved.
