JS Radar Love's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING JS Radar Love is on the search for his forever family. He is a 80 lb. pocket puppy wanna be. Ok, he is a little too big to fit in your pocket or purse but he will always be at your side. Radar's coat is a glistening black, his eyes will melt your heart and he is quiet, gentle and loves affection. He carries his ears up quite often and at other times carries them in a variety of entertaining ways. Radar walks well on a leash and enjoys his walks. He will be 4 years old in November and nothing would make him happier than his forever family finding him. Radar is smart, he figured out how to open the sliding pantry door and explore the trash can. The fellow Greys in the house joined in on the fun too. Please don't miss your opportunity to meet this wonderful boy. If you would like to meet Radar or have additional questions about him please call Janet or Bob at 941 423-1568. He is being fostered in the Venice area. Radar's $250 adoption fee covers his neuter, teeth cleaning, microchip insertion and heart worm test. He is current on his vaccinations. Please put Radar on your radar and take time to meet this hunk of love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JS Radar Love, a Sarasota Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Sarasota, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Sarasota.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sarasota already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sarasota breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sarasota paves the way for another one to be saved.
