Prince **URGENT**'s Story...
** URGENT! NEEDS FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME ASAP!** Prince is a gorgeous 4 yr old Bichon Frise boy looking for a new home. Prince's mom was just diagnosed with cancer, and doesn't have the time or energy for him. Sadly, Prince needs to find a new forever home. Since he doesn't get along well with other dogs, we don't have a foster home for Prince. We will have to board Prince if we cannot find a foster home for him in the next few days. Imagine how it will be for him to lose his mom, then to live in a cage while he waits for a new forever home! So tragic! Prince weighs just 24 lbs, is healthy, up to date on vaccinations, and is chipped and neutered. He's an alpha, so needs to go to an adult home with an experienced dog owner. Prince is fully house trained, and can walk well on a leash. Prince will need training, and that will be provided while Prince is in foster care. Do you know anyone who can foster this Bichon boy, while we look for a new forever home? If the foster parent wishes to adopt Prince, that's ok too! Please email email@example.com if you can help Prince. Please share his story! We can all come together to help this woman and her dog in this difficult time. We're only looking for foster or forever homes in the Southern California area. No children or other dogs for now.
The Dexter Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing, caring for and placing homeless dogs. We do not have a shelter but instead assist owners of animals that need to be surrendered by posting their pets and finding the right home for the animal. We act cooperatively with other rescue groups and raise money to assist not only the animals in the care of the Dexter Foundation, but other rescue groups. We educate the public on respect for all animal life, including the importance of spaying and neutering in order to reduce the number of healthy animals euthanized.
