Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nina is the only one left. This sweet girl listened helplessly as her siblings all drowned in heavy rainfall, not even old enough to open their eyes and find safety. Little Nina and her mom, Hope, then found themselves at animal control. What a scary place for a newborn and her adolescent mother. She's now safe at rescue and her little eyes have opened to see the world that has been so scary for her until now. Her mom was in rough shape but with love and medical care, she has recovered.

PupDate: Nina is doing great! She was weaned from Hope early but has adapted well and is with another puppy her age for socializing and companionship. Hope was under too much stress and was harming sweet Nina so it was in her best interest to remove her from the situation. Now both have adjusted well and are doing beautifully. Nina is about 6 weeks old and will be ready for her forever home in a little over a month!
