Yoda's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Yoda's Story...
Yoda came to rescue this past summer as a 14 year old. He is close to 15 now and is a rat terriers mix weighing about 18 lbs. Yoda is a sweet guy who deserves a forever home in his golden years. He was a one family dog until surrender to rescue and would love to have a family of his own again. Yoda is good with other dogs, good with cats, fully vetted and recently had a dental. Please consider giving this boy the home he deserves. We know at almost 15 years old, his chances are slim but he has many years of the best love to give.

Please visit forbellessake.org for the adoption application and information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yoda, a Sawyer Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier for sale in Sawyer, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Sawyer.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sawyer already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sawyer breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sawyer paves the way for another one to be saved.
