Welcome Royce. He is a 6 month old Staffordshire/ Lab mix. He currently weighs about 45 pounds. He has the beautiful low coat that sheds only slight amount. He is active, athletic and fun. He likes all people and would like nothing more than to join you in your outdoor activities or to run with you. He would do best with a fenced yard as he would love to chase and retrieve the ball. You could do this on days when walking or running aren't an option. He is good with all people and dogs that we have put him with. He pulls on a leash and we are working on that. He like all puppies will do good with puppy training. He is a nice dog and not aggressive but due to his energy he would be best in a home with older children. This boy is a beautiful boy. He is in a rural Southern shelter and without the help of a transporter will not get seen here. We are overcrowded and even dogs as good as Royce will go unnoticed. . Contact me for an application.
We are a rural Facility in a rual town named Lytle Texas. We space issues in the beginning and we had to euthanize for space. Last year we only had to euthanize 28 dogs and it was a space issue. This is down from 295 just some few years ago. Thank you Northern, PNW and East Coast adopters. We LOVE the homes our dogs have gotten because of Adoptapet.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We will ship our dogs if they are preadopted. We have lots of pictures and videos to help you and many our in foster care or will be once they are adopted so we can tell you all about the fine details of their personality.
Our Adoption Process...
You will need to complete the application. We will call your references and vet so please let them know. We will do an interview and then let you know all about the dog to make sure the personality is a great fit. Once we all agree we arrange the transport and welcome you to the Lytle Family.
