Fluffy's Story...
This beautiful lady is Fluffy! Fluffy is a longhaired, Persian mixed kitty; she is roughly three years old. Fluffy was found outside as a stray with matted up fur, and a big pregnant belly. Her foster mom found out about her and couldn’t imagine the thought of her giving birth outside and adding to the unwanted feral population. Fluffy was incredibly sweet and friendly right off the bat as well, it was apparent she was somebody’s cat at some point. This gal gave birth to five adorable kittens, and was an exceptional mother; but she is done being a mom now and is ready for a home of her own! Fluffy is a quiet and sweet girl, she would be so happy in a home full of warm laps and people ready to pet her and give her love. Don’t let the grumpy face fool you, Fluffy loves to snuggle!

Her adoption fee is $100 and she has been spayed, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, Felv/FIV tested negative, and more. If you think Fluffy could be your new feline family member please contact her foster mom, Erica, at 314-435-3128

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fluffy, a St. Louis Persian cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in St. Louis, or seeking a Persian cat from a breeder in St. Louis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St. Louis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St. Louis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St. Louis paves the way for another one to be saved.
