Sacramento- Willy Waterloo is one of Mayzie McGrew's babies. We know his mom is a Shih Tzu but we are unsure what dad was. He was rescued with his litter from Friends of Tulare Animal Services about a month ago and soon will be ready for a home. His mom looked a lot like a Dr. Seusscharacter, so we decided to name her and her babies after his characters. Willy Waterloo has lived with dogs of all sizes, cats, and children and is well socialized. He will be available for adoption approx 8/20, but we are accepting applications now.

He is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
