Hannah's Story...
This sweet little puppy is very lucky to be alive. We got a call from a friend on a Saturday night. She was frantic, she had just found a 3 pound puppy in the Walmart parking lot and it was 10:00 PM! How she didn't get run over is just a miracle. There were no litter mates to be found so we really will never know what happened. More than likely dumped off. We estimate her birthday to be 5/1/16. She is spayed, crate trained, house broken and pee pad trained. She is micro-chipped and up to date on all of her shots, in other words, she is ready for you!
adoption fee $500.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hannah, a Brattleboro German Shorthaired Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shorthaired Pointer for sale in Brattleboro, or seeking a German Shorthaired Pointer puppy from a breeder in Brattleboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brattleboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brattleboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shorthaired Pointer breeders who help with German Shorthaired Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brattleboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
