My name is Stoney!

Schnauzer (Standard) Dog for adoption in Cincinnati, Ohio - Stoney

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Stoney's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Stoney's Story...
Stoney is a sweet little boy, I estimate him only to be about 13 lbs. He is not white, but more silver I guess,
with a little tan mixed in.. He was pulled from a shelter in Indianapolis, and was neutered last week. We have had
no issues with him marking in the house. He gets along with my 7 year old son, and most of the dogs in the
house. He doesn't bark excessively, although he doesn't seem to like his crate to sleep in at night. He has
learned to use the doggie door

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stoney, a Cincinnati Schnauzer (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Schnauzer (Standard) dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
