CoCo's Story...
Woof Woof!! Bow Wow!! Yes, I’m sure if you are having a tid bit of dejavu you wouldn’t be wrong. You have seen me before. It’s me Miss CoCo, the sweet and spayed Staffordshire Terrier. I look purdy don’t I? I was brought back to the shelter by animal control when they found me wondering town lost and lonely looking for anyone to pet me. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to be here again and safe. At my age, yes I know a 6 year old should know better than to run the streets, it takes a lot out of ya to run wild like I did. I’m not sure why my previous family won’t come for me. I miss them and loved them with all my heart but it wasn’t meant to be. I know there must be someone out there who can love me. We just haven’t found one another yet. So if you have been considering adding a new family member to your home then please come see me. I think we will be quick friends, and who knows maybe we will find we are soul-mates!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CoCo, a Murphysboro Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Murphysboro, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Murphysboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Murphysboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Murphysboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Murphysboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
