Gelato's Story...
Meet Gelato! She's an outgoing, active, and playful 3 year old Catahoula mix. Gelato was rescued while pregnant and was a great mama to her babies. Her babies are now grown and she's ready to find the perfect home of her own. She's currently being fostered in RI. Gelato is house- and crate-trained. She is a talker and has lots of energy, so she'll do best becoming the member of an active family. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gelato, a Middletown Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Middletown, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Middletown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middletown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middletown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middletown paves the way for another one to be saved.
