My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"He is a sweetie...good with dogs and humans. He loves laps and cuddles". When his foster Mom and Dad were asked to write one sentence about Scotty, they wrote that.

Scotty is between 18 and 24 months. He is 10 pounds. He looks like some kind of small terrier or Whippet mix. We selected Scotty because he was impounded as a stray at a city animal control agency, was unclaimed and his time had run out.

Scotty walks politely on a halter/leash. He likes to snuggle. He rides well in a vehicle. He is not a barker. Scotty is crate trained and gets along well with other well mannered dogs, even ones much bigger than he is.

Scotty's adoption fee is $ 250.

I am not the kind of dog to leave in the yard while children are in school and adults are at work. I require a securely fenced yard of appropriate size for potty and play. This may be modified under certain circumstances. A home check will be done and references checked. Applicants should live within 2 hours driving time of Auburn, CA.
