Charlie is an interesting case, he enjoys being around people and is a very endearing little dog but he does not share well at all. Charlie has been adopted out many times by other rescues/shelters and has been returned for being possessive over everything from food and toys to cuddling on the couch. Charlie needs an experienced home that is willing to make adjustments to their home in order to manage his issues. He has a lot of training that can be used to help in the management process but he should not live in a home with kids or other animals.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
