This beautiful girl is approx 18 months old. She is one special lady. We have had the privilege of having her as part of our family for about 5 months now and she has had no problem fitting right in and what a special souls eh is... when Delta came to the rescue she was heart worm positive so ofcourse she needed treatment which is why she has stayed as part of our family for 5 months. It has given us a wonderful opportunity to get to know her inside and out! Some things about her are for certain! She is house trained. She is not a fan of her kennel so we started hating her in the hallway and she is PERFECT! She would stay there all day and night on her bed if she could. She's also a great sleeping buddy! Delta would LOVE to have a family with children as she loves kids. She takes very special care of them and is a constant companion. Delta likes walks but wouldn't miss them if she didn't have them. She takes her treats with grace and waits her turn to eat dinner. She's wonderful with the dogs in her foster home but doesn't need the company of one in order to be happy. Delta has completed her heartbworm treatment and is now ready to find her new forever family. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and her adoption fee of 460.00 includes her transport from Tennessee to her. New forever family in alpha dog transport! She would make a wonderful family Pet!!! For an adoption application on Delta please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We are a rescue based out of Memphis, Tennessee with fosters and chapters in various parts of the United States. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home as many homeless pets in the mid-south as we possibly can to save them from euthanasia. Their only fault...there are just too many. The euthanasia rate in this city is a staggering 79%. We watch perfectly healthy, well-adjusted pets be euthanized daily because there simply are not enough homes for them all. The solution...stronger spay/neuter laws and education but until then, these pets deserve a future too!
Our adoption process starts right here – you finding yourself your new best friend and family member. Once you have found one of these beautiful souls we ask that you complete an adoption application.
Once the application has been approved, the selection process begins. As with any adoption, we want to ensure our dogs are going into the best fit home – not only for them, but for you as well. Pet adoption is a big commitment and we want to make sure these dogs don’t endure anymore hardships than they already have.
The final step in the adoption process is the spay/neuter contract (assuming the puppy is too young or unable to be spayed or neutered at the time of adoption).
Once the adoption process has been finalized, we will make reservations for transport to your area. The transport is NO ADDITIONAL COST to the adopters. **Please note: Most of our dogs are fostered in Memphis, TN - our transport runs runs once a week week to Pennsylvania.**
