Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mitzi is an awesome little dog. Someone loved her enough once to teach her sit, stay, and lay down. At 1 year old and only 20 pounds, Mitzi will make a great lap dog. She keeps her run clean. Mitzi wandered away from home on Sept. 29th and couldn't find her way back so she ended up at the shelter. Her listed breed is an educated guess. Where did those ears come from? Mitzi is up to date with shots and spayed.. She will be micro-chipped upon adoption. Mitzi is in cage 330 (in the puppy room) and her ID is 589322. Mitzi has tested positive for heart worms and will need to be treated for those. Please speak to your vet about the best treatment options. Once treated she will be as good as new in no time.
When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.
