Abandoned by her owners..left tied with a suitcase buckle to the door, for at least 2 days that we know of, left in the thunderstorms of the last few days, no food no water.In panic she chewed herself free and found some sort of garbage to get into, as a xray has shown that she is full of bones. Cannot believe they walked away, they moved away and left her behind to fend for herself. She was filthy, covered in fleas and ticks but not anymore.
