Max's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Max's Story...
Meet Max! He is a 10-12 mth. old grey, black and white wirehair Dachshund/Terrier blend who weighs 13 lbs.
He is an athletic dog with good energy (not hyperactive energy) and a fabulous personality who would make a good hiking or walking partner, agility dog or any activity you choose to do. Having said that, Max is also content to snuggle on the couch with you and watch a good movie or just hang out after some outdoor activity. He loves to meet and play with other dogs and older kids.

Since he is just a pup we would urge the adopter to continue his training to ensure that Max becomes a responsible adult.

Won’t you consider Max as the next addition to your family?

He is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on all shots and started in basic obedience training. For more information go to www.3rrescue.org, email 3rrescue@gmail.com or phone 707-529-4643.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Winters Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Winters, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Winters.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winters already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winters breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winters paves the way for another one to be saved.
