Linus's Story...
Name: Linus
Breed: Jack Russell Terrier mix
Age: Young Adult
Gender: Male

Linus is a young adult male Jack Russell Terrier mix, about 20 pounds, who absolutely loves being a Terrier-- the running and playing, other dogs, kids, keep away with the tennis ball, digging, sharing the bed. He is house trained, crated for the workday, absolutely loves walks. Linus is fostered with kids and dogs and cats. His ideal home would have a physically fenced yard (required) for him and preferably another dog to play with. He is happiest wrestling and running with the other dogs. He's a character, very loving and adaptable.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus, a Minneapolis Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Minneapolis, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Minneapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minneapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minneapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minneapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
