My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Leo and I am 10 years old and am very sweet, and not really barky like some Poms. I LOVE: squeaky toys, sleeping on your bed at night, going for walks and to parks, playing paddy cake, being carried like a baby and snuggling on the couch with my human. I get along with other dogs and cats. I'll do best in an adult home or a home with respectful school age kids, and I'd love to have a fully fenced yard. (An adoption donation of $250 is required.)
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please email CHEW Dog Rescue at pawsontherun@gmail.com and ask for the adoption application form. If you have previously submitted an application form, there is no need to re-apply. Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
