SabellaCP's Story...
Location: Carlisle, PA
Approx DOB: June 2014

Sabella is on the lookout for a home of her own. Sabella was taken in when a feral cat had kittens. However, Sabella doesn’t seem to be crazy about the dog in her home. Sabella is also nervous around small children. She’d prefer a quieter home without a canine companion or small human friends.

We’re unsure of Sabella’s breed history but her color combinations appear to be white, tan, and grey. She also seems to have a Siamese appearance at times. While her mixed breed history is a mystery, we’re certain that she’s a beauty!

Sabella was recently spayed and vaccinated. If you’re interested in fostering or adopting her, please contact Clarissa at 717-422-3305 or clarissaannw@yahoo.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SabellaCP, a Carlisle Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Carlisle, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Carlisle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Carlisle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Carlisle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Carlisle paves the way for another one to be saved.
