Rosie's Story...

Mini Pin alert. This darling 10 month old girl, along with her guy pal Rico, where dumped out of a truck and abandoned by the side of the road. No more rough roads for this this girl though. Rosie is a smart, sweet, loving, and playful youngster. She is more than ready for a furever family committed to giving her the love, guidance, and patience a beautiful young pup needs. Rosie and her guy pal Rico would make a great double adoption. That said – she’d be fine adopted on her own too.

Every Underdog has been spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, flea/tick treated, de-wormed, and received rabies, bordetella and distemper/parvo vaccines. All dogs have had a recent visit to the vet as well.

Adoption fee is $380

We offer a 10% discount for seniors, veterans and students. All of our dogs are in foster homes. We have an adoption application, we check references and visit your home as part of our adoption process.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosie, a Portland Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Portland, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
