Poor Percy has lived his entire six years tied to a box. His living conditions were not suitable. He is a Lab mix who likes children and likes to jump up and give kisses. He needs to be the only pet because he does not care for other dogs or cats. We are hoping that someone will take this dog in and teach him what he needs to know to be an indoor pet.
