My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruby is a female, Yorkshire Terrier, 3 years of age. She recently arrived from Korea where she lived in a puppy mill. Ruby is being cared for in a foster home where she is learning English and how to enjoy life as a companion pet. She is a lovely little Yorkie with a silky smooth silver and tan coat. She currently weighs 7 lbs which is a good adult weight for her. Ruby is sweet, gentle, bright and curious and will do best in a peaceful, serene home environment where she can continue her socialization. She is well behaved in her foster home and her house training is coming along nicely. She uses a pee pad and is crate trained. She gets along well with the other animals in the household, which include dogs large and small and two cats. Ruby recently had her teeth cleaned, is current on her shots and has a microchip. Ruby will thrive in a home with an experienced dog person where she can receive training and all the love and affection that she deserves.

You can meet Ruby at the Howl-O-Ween Hounds Adoption Event, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 15th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Grossmont Shopping Center.
