Raven's Story...

Raven is a sweet loving kitten. He and his mommy were found by elderly twin sisters who were kind enough to help them get off the streets. At first he was very frightened to he touched, but he is so the opposite now. He discovered his "purr" and love for being pet and rubbed. He has adjusted so well that he falls a sleep in my lap.

Raven is not neutered yet but has had his first distemper shot. He is good with other cats, my dog, and getting use to visitors. If you would like to meet Raven or make an inquire please send email to: info@barringtontnr.om
Raven, Domestic Short Hair has been shared from Shelter Exchange.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raven, a Barrington Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Barrington, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Barrington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Barrington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Barrington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Barrington paves the way for another one to be saved.
