My name is Tootsie.

I am as cute as they come, although I am not a German Shepherd.  So far everyone who has met me just adores me.  I do really good with other dog.  I like to give them kisses and groom them.

I am a little timid when I first meet people, if you give me a few minute, I'm really friendly.
