I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with cats.
Here's our little Charmaine, all healed up after her eye anucleation surgery! She's with her orange bestie who had the same surgery! Charmaine is a 4.5 month old female rescued from a day care center in the Bronx. She has turned out to be a sweet, precious baby girl kitten and we are glad to have rescued her. Playful, curious, independent and loyal. Charmaine spends her time now resting and out of harms way. She's spayed, fully vaccinated, disease and parasite free. She's up for adoption! Little Wanderers is a small group of animal rescuers who are passionate about the welfare of NYC’s large feral cat population. Our primary activities are trapping, immunizing, neutering and releasing at risk cats, but we also facilitate adoption when appropriate. We work in the most difficult areas of the Bronx and Harlem, where other trappers do not like to go! Follow us on Instagram @littlewanderersnyc
Come Meet Our Pets...
Please contact email@example.com to arrange to meet any of our adoptable cats or to inquire about any cats not listed here, volunteering, or questions!
Our Adoption Process...
We have a thorough adoption process that begins with an adoption application. Upon acceptance of the application we will conduct a home visit to determine if the home is safe and appropriate for a cat. Then we work out transportation arrangements to get your new pet home! You can visit potential pets in foster care once we have a completed application for the cat.
Thank You! Your message has been sent to Little Wanderers.
You'll receive a copy, too, at
to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
