Facts about Alyssa

  • Breed: Poodle (Miniature) Mix
  • Color: Gray/Silver/Salt & Pepper - With White
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Female
Alyssa is an energetic, playful 2 year old grey and white female Poodle mix who was found with her 3 pups and taken to the shelter in CA. Her pups are now old enough to find homes of their own and that means this sweet momma is too. Weighing roughly 18 pounds, Alyssa has a great energy level making her a fabulous walking or jogging buddy and walks well on leash. She can initially get overwhelmed with excitement when meeting new people, but we are confident that once she is in a loving atmosphere and getting the 1-on1 attention she is craving she will settle and be able to relax a bit more. Alyssa is a fabulous combination of a lapdog and an adventure buddy. She will make a great companion for an active, loving home. Her adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, vaccines and de-worming.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We do visits by appointment only and do require potential adopters to have an approved application on file with us prior to coming to the rescue to meet dogs.

Our Adoption Process...

We have a thorough adoption process in order to make the best match possible for both our dogs and our adopters. We require that every adopter complete one of our adoption application. Once approved we arrange for a meet and greet, sometimes we do require multiple visits prior to adopting. We require home checks for all of our adopters and a mandatory foster to adopt trial before adoptions can be made official.
