Carissa's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Carissa's Story...
Carissa came to us from a bad situation where she was living outdoors and with little shelter. Despite Carissa's tough beginning, this 6 month old puppy was able to adjust to living in a foster home very quickly. She currently lives with two other dogs and they are her best fiends!

Carissa is an absolute angel in the car and has a strange hobby.. she LOVES playing in sand! If her paws touch sand, she gets so happy she can't help but get the zoomies and tries to burrow in it! She is such a typical puppy and we love her sweet demeanor.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carissa, a Warrenville Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Warrenville, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Warrenville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warrenville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warrenville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warrenville paves the way for another one to be saved.
