Erin's Story...
10-09-16 Erin is named after Erin Brockovich because shes such a little fighter. She and her brother Rocky are parvo survivors. They are about 4.5 months old and completely healthy now and ready for new homes.
They are mostly, lab, but Erin looks like she'll end up a medium size dog, smaller than a lab. She's happy, social and loving with all people and other dogs. Would also be fine with cats.
They've had all their vaccines and are on heartworm prevention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Erin, a Charlotte Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
