Bentley's Story...
Look at those eyes…Bentley loves you already — and you’ve only just met through a picture.
Bentley is a 6 month old pit/bull dog mix snuggle-bear! He’ll come thump-thump-thumping over to you with his big puppy paws and then sit his soft, huggable self in your lap – oomph – and bury his face under your neck! This charming fella has it all—great looks, fantastic athleticism, and a bright mind to boot! He loves chasing balls, play tug o’ war and going for daily walks. He is currently perfecting his on-leash manners and is learning how to walk in a heel position. Oh, did we mention that he loves absolutely everyone…kids/dogs/cats! So if think you have the perfect family home for Bentley, we’d love to hear from you. Please visit www.Goodkarmadogrescue.com/adoption-application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bentley, a Bergen County Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bergen County, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Bergen County.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bergen County already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bergen County breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bergen County paves the way for another one to be saved.
