Stardust's Story...
Stardust looks like a teeny tiny wild cat with an incredible coat, a petite black nose, and luminous eyes that will stare straight into your soul. One of seven kitten caught in Queens she is a friendly and loving little fluff rocket who isn't the least bit shy. She loves people, and will help herself to your lap (and your heart) for a cuddle or a nap. There's more to Stardust than snuggles though - she is interested in everyone and everything. She loves to play, with you, with toys, with her siblings, and even with her foster brothers - two full grown cats!

Infinite Hope adopts out kittens in pairs or to a home that already has a resident cat/dog. Stardust is up to date with vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Spay/Neuter is covered by the adoption donation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stardust, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
