Macho's Story...
Meet Macho!
Macho is a GORGEOUS American Bulldog mix who is super super sweet and silly!
He is truly a lovable meathead who is friendly with everyone. He's a good natured dog you just want to snuggle up on the couch with. He is about 3 years old.
We recently rescued this guy after a 7 month stay at one of our local municipal shelters. Prior to that Macho was the known companion of a local homeless guy - but at some point they separated and Macho ended up as a stray. Macho is friendly with everyone he meets, loves belly rubs and is social with other dogs - large dogs AND small dogs. He's the very definition of a meathead. He's a big strong boy and we recommend him for homes with teenagers and above. You're gonna love this boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macho, a Huntington American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Huntington, or seeking a American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Huntington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington paves the way for another one to be saved.
