Meet Macho! Macho is a GORGEOUS 2 year old American Bulldog mix who is super super sweet and silly! We recently rescued this guy after a 7 month stay at one of our local municipal shelters. Prior to that Macho was the known companion of a local homeless guy - but at some point they separated and Macho ended up as a stray. Macho is SUCH A GREAT DOG!!! He is friendly with everyone he meets, loves belly rubs and is social with other dogs. He's the very definition of a meathead. He's a big strong boy and we recommend him for homes with teenagers and older. He is working on his leash skills and overall manners in his foster home but he is crate-trained, house-trained and pretty much ready to go. Macho is neutered, micro-chipped and UTD on shots. You're gonna love this boy! CONTACT: 516-714-4403 firstname.lastname@example.org
Our shelters are full of pit bull type dogs. This is largely due to over breeding and public hysteria driven by the media. We are committed to helping the pit bull dog by rescuing pit bulls from shelters, controlling over population through spay & neuter, and assisting pit bull owners so they can keep their family pets. We are 501c3 approved! All of our dogs live in loving foster homes until which time they find their families!
Our Adoption Process...
