Bud's Story...
Hi! My name is Bud and my people brought me in so I can find a new home. They moved to a place that doesn’t allow dogs! What is wrong with all of these places that they won’t let us in? I get along great with kids, cats AND other dogs…the Triple Win! I am very friendly and love to go out on the playground. I just want a family who can actually keep me and won’t leave me. I promise to give you lots and lots of loyalty and love if you just open your heart to make me part of your family. Please take me home with you.
Great with Kids...Cats…AND Other Dogs

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bud, a Urbana Doberman Pinscher/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher/Boxer for sale in Urbana, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher/Boxer dog from a breeder in Urbana.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Urbana already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Urbana breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher/Boxer breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Urbana paves the way for another one to be saved.
