Hercules's Story...
This big hunk of love is Hercules. He's a 2 yr old 75 lb neutered male who LOVES to play fetch and plays so nicely. He rolls the ball right to you and will sit or lay down while he waits for your throw. Hercules is house trained, knows basic commands, rides well in the car, and is overall a great dog. He is very smart and crate trained. Hercules does well with other dogs but gets excited around cats. He's such a happy little ham of a man. Once you meet him, you will fall in love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hercules, a Glocester Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Glocester, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Glocester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glocester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glocester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glocester paves the way for another one to be saved.
