My name is Betty!

Foxhound/Pointer Mix Dog for adoption in North Pole, Alaska - Betty

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Betty's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Betty's Story...
Betty came in from a village with one of her pups, the puppy went fast. Betty has become a social butterfly with the other dogs, but she is not an affectionate dog, polite but not all over you type of dog. It doesn't mean she doesn't like you, she is just more of a dog friendly dog and enjoys playing and being with dogs. She will be good company and a good watch dog and maybe even learn to ask for attention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betty, a North Pole Foxhound/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Foxhound/Pointer for sale in North Pole, or seeking a Foxhound/Pointer dog from a breeder in North Pole.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Pole already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Pole breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Foxhound/Pointer breeders who help with Foxhound/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Pole paves the way for another one to be saved.
